PRE-ORDERS:
When the new items are announced, please send your pre-order details to:

We need the following information in order to take your pre-order:
1. The NAME of the doll
2. Your name
3. Your address
4. Your Paypal email address
If you do not include this information, your pre-order will not be processed.
Additionally all requests must be in one e-mail; we cannot process orders when you send multiple requests.

Cancelling any part of your Pre-Order will cancel your Entire Order
We are now requiring a $30 Non-Refundable, Non-Transferrable deposit for each doll on all Pre-Orders. You will be sent an invoice through PayPal & it is due upon receipt. If the deposit is not made we will not be able to place your order.
When the dolls arrive to us we will send a PayPal Invoice for the balance of your order, plus calculated shipping.
Payment is due within 3 days of sending the invoice.
If payment is not received we will cancel your order. Your deposit will not be able to be refunded or transferred to another order.
If you are ordering 2 or more different dolls and they are arriving on different dates from Integrity we will now be invoicing and shipping each doll separately unless the request to hold them is made at the time of Pre-order. Once the Pre-order is placed we will not be able to change it and the dolls will be invoiced and ship as they arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
We are no longer accepting Wait Lists for new dolls. If there are any cancellations, we will put the doll/s on the website.
So, please check back periodically, as we may add more available dolls.
SHIPPING:
Shipper will be placed in a poly envelope, and we charge actual shipping based on your zip code.

RETURNS:
Returns are only accepted on unopened Never Removed From Box items.
If you have need to return a doll please contact us immediately.
We will issue you a credit for a future purchase.
You are responsible for all shipping.
Requests for a return must be made within ten (10) days of receipt.

We accept PayPal & Money Orders ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS
If paying with Paypal the dolls will only be sent to the name and address matching the PayPal account your payment was made with.
