Payment is appreciated within 3 days after we send the request. If payment is not received and you do not make other arrangements we will cancel your order and sell to another customer.
International orders are via PayPal ONLY and must be shipped to a US address. Your PayPal address and billing must match your US shipping address . We can no longer accept orders that do not match.

PRE-ORDERS:
When the new items are announced, please send your pre-order details to:

We need the following information in order to take your pre-order:
1. The NAME of the doll
2. Your name
3. Your address
4. Your phone number
If you do not include this information, your pre-order will not be processed.
Additionally all requests must be in one e-mail; we cannot process orders when you send multiple requests.
If you are ordering 2 or more different dolls and they are arriving on different dates from Integrity we will now be invoicing and shipping each doll separately unless the request to hold them is made at the time of Pre-order. Once the Pre-order is placed we will not be able to change it and the dolls will be invoiced and ship as they arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
We are no longer accepting Wait Lists for new dolls. If there are any cancellations, we will put the doll/s on the website.
So, please check back periodically, as we may add more available dolls.
CANCELLATIONS:
We do not take deposits; however, if you cancel a pre-order or any part of a pre-order, we will then require a $50 per doll non-transferable, non-refundable deposit through PayPal Friends and Family or by Money Order.
Integrity dolls are shipped in their shipper box. We put the shipper inside a poly envelope.
If you would prefer your doll to be double boxed, please let us know.
Due to the additional weight, the shipping cost will be higher.
We charge actual shipping.
