We do not require a deposit. We work on the Honor System.
However, if you cancel any part of your order after we have confirmed
the order, then we will be forced to cancel the rest of your order.
Payment is expected within 3 days after we send the request, or your order will be cancelled.

We need the following information in order to take your pre-order:
1. The NAME of the doll
2. The ITEM number
3. Your name
4. Your address
5. Your phone number
If you do not include this information, your pre-order will not be processed.
Additionally all requests must be in one e-mail; we cannot process orders when you send multiple requests.
ATTN: We are no longer accepting Wait lists for new dolls. If there are any cancellations, we will put the doll/s on the webiste.
So, please check back periodically, as we may add more available dolls.
Integrity dolls are shipped in their shipper box.
If you would prefer your doll to be double boxed, please
let us know. Due to the additional weight, the shipping cost will be higher.
