Ordering Policies:

Due to the limited nature and high demand of the Fashion Royalty Line,
the following policies have been put in place.
Please be sure to read them so there are no misunderstandings:

We take orders from our existing customers first,
then we will take pre-orders from new customers,
for any items that are still available.

When the new items are announced, please send your pre-order to:

We will not be taking orders at our yahoo mail address.

We need the following information in order to take your pre-order:
The NAME and NUMBER of the item
Your Name, Address and Phone number.
If you do not include this information, your pre-order will be returned.

We will then send an e-mail showing if we will be able to
supply the item, and the amount of deposit required.
Please keep in mind that we receive hundreds of pre-order e-mails,
and we answer each and every one of the letters we receive.
Due to this high demand, please be patient, as it may take up to
3 days for us to get back to you and confirm your pre-order.

We also have a wait-list for those items that we cannot supply,
and if the buyer requests we can put their name on the wait-list.

You can pay deposits by using PayPal or by sending a Money Order.

Once the orders have been confirmed with the collector,
there will be NO changes accepted.
Cancellation of any item after confirmation will FORFEIT your
entire order of the Fashion Royalty line.

Once items arrive at Pat's Potpourri, we will contact the collector.
Payment in full is expected within 7 days.
Sorry, no layaway plans available for Fashion Royalty items.
If we receive no response after a couple of attempts,
the order will be cancelled and made available for the wait list.
It is the responsibility of the collector to make sure that we have
their current e-mail information and to check their e-mail (including
spam folder).
